This season is just beginning and the 12- week countdown will begin VERY SOON! I am happy to have had a fun yet productive off-season and I am back and ready to be "ON". I know these guys will take special care of me.
I'm counting on Dr. Ko to help me through a tough workout and train me in new innovative ways. I am confident that with his brains and "brawns" we'll prepare a package like I've never seen before! He doesn't have a half bad rear lat spread either :)

Epic Figures Competition Team Photo 2009-2010

Our first team photo shoot took place Sunday November 21, 2010! Everyone was excited as we had a photographer, videographer and makeup artist on hand to make sure the team looked their very best! Team members Valerie, Shanon, Chaya, Shea and Shenka came "game ready"! After a season of hard dieting, grueling workouts and intense stage pressures, the team was ready to relax and have a little fun!

EPIC FIGURES

Epic Figures is excited to announce plans to compete at the he fifth-annual Arnold Amateur IFBB International Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships in Columbus, Ohio! This is major news as we have never ever set foot at the Arnold Classic! This will be an incredible opportunity to be amongst the greatest of the great in the industry and really see what this sport can really bring! Application still need to be sent out and the final determination of whether EF will see the lights of the Arnold will be made at that time!

Major news broke today that for the first time, IFBB pro cards will be awarded to competitors who win overall titles at the 2011 Arnold Amateur in men's bodybuilding, women's bodybuilding, fitness, figure and bikini.  Arnold Amateur winners will also be invited to compete in the 2012 Arnold Classic, Ms. International, Figure International, Fitness International or Bikini International.

 

This is exciting times for all competitors! WHOOHOO!
