Great Progress Shenka! 45 year old grandmother of two! WOW!

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge my client Shenka! She is a 45 year old mother of two and a grandmother of two as well! Here she is practicing her quarter turns as she prepares for her first Figure show! She has about 3 weeks to go and is doing a magnificent job! Go Shenka!!!!!!

    I cannot believe she is 45 or anyones grammy! She looks amazing! It seems there is hope for me yet. :)

    Yep shes a granny two times over! Amazingly enough she looks even better just 1.5weeks later! Ill try to post an update video a tad bit later :)
