Fitness is not a hobby but a WAY OF LIFE!
Fitness should not be a chore but something we automatically add to our daily routine. Getting fit or maintaining fitness should not be something that could be potentially harmful, but instead it should be something that will prolong our lives and improve the quality. My goal will be to share my experiences as I maintain fitness, prepare for figure bodybuilding competitions as well as train and prepare others!

13 weeks out! Progress CHECK!
Right on schedule! I am down 5 pounds from where I started two weeks ago! Cant wait to see what's under all these layers!
