Epic Figure Presentation and Posing Camps= HUGE SUCCESS!

I can't be more happy about how successful the posing and presentation camps have been this summer. Figure, bikini and physique competitors have all come to don their heels (or bare feet) and pose for an afternoon of fun and SWEAT!

The ladies all came from different levels of experience ranging from first time competitors to Nationally Ranked athletes. They all came with their own styles and questions on how to present themselves better.
My goal is to polish the competitor not to pose like me! Everyone has their own unique "je ne sais quois". My job is to fine tune it and make the small tweaks that can make a world of difference!

The FINAL camp of the 3 part series will be held on Saturday September 22, 2012 at 2pm at HIFI Fitness at 820 N Orleans in Chicago. Registration is OPEN but spaces are filling up FAST!
Dr. Willes Ko, National level bodybuilder and Optimum Nutrition Athlete will be guest instructing and available to answer questions regarding nutrition, training posing and more!

2012 has been an AMAZING year for me as predicted by my awesome coach Willes! I've been introduced to some fabulous people namely Tamee Marie!
Once I was selected to receive a suit sponsorship from Tamee Marie I knew I would be donning the most amazing pieces on stage!

Wearing an original creation by Tamee for the 2011 NPC Jr. Nationals, I won first place in class E. The suit fit like a glove, it dazzled on stage and I never felt so confident in any suit Id ever worn. One year to the date, Tamee designed another original creation for me for the 2012 NPC Jr National and I won my class AGAIN and fullfilled my dream of becoming an IFBB Figure Pro. Shanon!

Shanon, a 40 something year old Attorney from Chicago, has been competing with Epic Figures for the past 2.5 years! Shanon has made a full body transformation by dropping an ASTONISHING 45 pounds. Through sheer hard work and determination, Shanon has reached a level of physical fitness that she hadn't ever thought possible and she is hungry for more!

 One thing is for sure, Shanon puts it down in the gym. Shanon lifts weights heavier than most guys in the gym and is never afraid to lift heavier! Shanon doesn't complain in the gym, however, she will grow very silent, when she is no longer "happy" with her workout and when she's ready for the "torture" to end.
Shanon helped coin "A$$ Tuesday" and definitely intergal in putting A$$ Tuesday on the map.
Shanon is entering her prep season now and getting ready for the the NPC Continental October 6, 2012 in Ottawa. I am confident that Shanon is gearing up for her best package and conditioning ever. Shanon has a work ethic and a drive that is tough to match. Shanon has hopes and dreams that she has no problem making them come true.
I am proud and honored that she has chosen me to be apart of her journey!
