Fitness is not a hobby but a WAY OF LIFE!
Fitness should not be a chore but something we automatically add to our daily routine. Getting fit or maintaining fitness should not be something that could be potentially harmful, but instead it should be something that will prolong our lives and improve the quality. My goal will be to share my experiences as I maintain fitness, prepare for figure bodybuilding competitions as well as train and prepare others!

My favorite time of day!
Breakfast!
It is by far my most relaxing moment of the day, especially on the weekend! It's my reward, following interval hills or sprints in the morning or just a relaxing moment to enjoy some delicious carbs! Ahhh... life's simple pleasures!
